We don't want to pay for Bush's war
4/11/06 update: Never will it be said in this forum that a person doesn't have a right to profit from their own intellectual property, and to receive due credit for their creative talent. I was asked by the photographer to remove the photo once posted above -- which, by the way, I posted in a reduced-quality format, hyperlinked to its source and with attribution. It's my view that if you post photos on a blog for the entire world to see, they're in the public domain whether you like it or not. At that point, attribution as a form of respect is all you can hope for. If you prefer that your work not be used in forums like this where no profit is gained, if you prefer that no one see your work at all, if you're so shortsighted that you can't appreciate how other people can drive traffic to your sight, then don't post your damn photos. Otherwise, downgrade the quality or put a watermark on them. So, screw you!
