R.I.P. Chief Tootie

Mardi Gras Indian, Chief Tootie Montana, was laid to rest over the weekend.

Montana suffered a fatal heart attack as he spoke during a heated City Council meeting where Indians protested recent mistreatment by New Orleans Police Officers.

Chief Tootie's last words: "I want this to stop."
