... but we applaud your newly enlightened appreciation for the gravity of the Katrina crisis "as it relates to" rebuilding housing:

"We're running out of time on individuals deciding whether to move back, when to move back ... and whether they're comfortable they have the resources to move back."

And stop saying "as it relates to" Ray-Ray. It's usually grammatically superfluous and gets really tedious.
