La. sales tax refunded on destroyed property

I doubt many people will hear about this. The Louisiana Department of Revenue is announcing that residents may be eligible for Louisiana sales tax refunds on (movable) property destroyed by hurricanes Katrina or Rita that was not covered by insurance.
