Mayor Ray Nagin is scheduled to announce the creation of a citywide wireless network.

Very cool! That's some visionary thinking. Congratulations Ray-Ray. Really, I support the plan, but I hope you've got some sort of corporate funding lined up because I don't think the city can afford the investment right now.
