Well, we'll see. Frankly, I think people are in the mood to start hanging by citizen's justice some of these jackasses who think they can carry on the way they used to. And they're reclaiming their neighborhoods block by block -- despite the lack of inaction by the mayor's office -- or more probably, because of the inaction.
